AUAF Students Praised at Laura Bush Event in Washington
Four students and a graduate of the university's 10,000 Women program represented AUAF in Washington at a fundraising event for the Laura Bush Women's Resource Center. Mrs. Bush was a featured speaker, and Ann Curry, anchor of the Today Show, moderated the event. AUAF Board members, Members of the Friends of AUAF, and other supporters of the university and of Afghanistan were present.
